Pascuale, Gaetano Vitiello Jewelry, Italy

The Challenge

Gaetano Vitiello Jewelry has been crafting original pieces since 1990, when Pascuale's father founded the business in Torre del Greco, the historic home of coral, cameo, and pearl craftsmanship in Italy. Over the years, the business evolved from gold to primarily silver production as raw material costs shifted. Through it all, every piece has remained fully designed, cast, and finished in-house, from concept to final refinement.

With a catalog of entirely handmade, one-of-a-kind jewels, presenting that level of craftsmanship clearly in product photography was essential.

Getting images that did justice to intricate details, like hand-cut coral rods set into a silver marine mesh bracelet plated in 18-karat gold, required a solution that could match the quality of the work itself.

GemLightbox’s Role

During an in-store demonstration, Pascuale had the opportunity to see GemLightbox Pro in action with Gaetano Vitiello's own pieces.

The system's ability to capture fine surface detail and material texture stood out immediately, particularly for pieces that combine mixed materials like silver, gold plating, and natural coral.

For a family business that prides itself on personal relationships with long-standing clients, having imagery that communicates the story and craftsmanship behind each piece adds real value to how they present their work.

The Results

  • Intricate handcrafted details, including hand-cut coral and fine metalwork, captured clearly in product images.

  • Mixed-material pieces, combining silver, gold plating, and natural coral, rendered with accurate color and texture.

  • Photography quality aligned with the craftsmanship standard of fully in-house designed and produced collections.

  • Stronger visual presentation to support long-term client relationships and showcase the story behind each piece

GemLightbox Pro gives Gaetano Vitiello Jewelry the imagery to match the care and creativity that goes into every handmade piece.
